Written by Agatha Christie
What
would you do if you were trapped on an island with an unknown killer and there
was no way off?
That’s the premise of Agatha Christie’s greatest mystery “And Then There Were
None” (originally titled “Ten Little Indians” but changed for American
audiences). The story is classic Christie: tense and exciting with twists every
step of the way. The play was the first of her works to be completely adapted by
the First Lady of Murder herself (after having had unsatisfactory results with
adaptations of her books to stage by others). The popularity of this show has
inspired 4 film adaptations since its creation (and even a video game in 2005).
