Auditions for The Rainmaker
Monday - Tuesday, December 1-2, at 7:00 p.m. on the BCT stage.

The Rainmaker takes place in the western ranch country in the Kansas/Oklahoma area, in the late 20's, at the time of a major drought--it hasn't rained for weeks. We discover Lizzie, whose family are concerned that she may become an "old maid." Her father and 2 brothers decide to do something about it. Suddenly out of nowhere appears a fast talking con-man who claims to be a "Rainmaker" and for $100 will immediately go to work on it.

Scripts are available for short-term checkout at the BCT box office, open Monday through Saturday from 2-5 p.m. Volunteers are still needed for backstage work at the theatre.

For additional information call: David Siskin, Director, at 373-5880 or Robert Montgomery, Producer, at 373-6330 or the theatre ticket office at 373-5152 (2:00 to 5:00 p.m.).
